PHOT - massive dilution and shell game financing.

I noticed that each time they default and could go into foreclosure, they have given toxic financiers and even sweeter deal to avoid PHOT being foreclosed upon, since they pledged all their assets.

Now they have again pledged ALL PHOT ASSETS, risking shareholders' entire investment with one toxic financing deal.

Can you imaging the effective interest rate on the toxic financing deal, now that they have has to sweeten the pot (kickback to new financier) each time they try to avoid foreclosure on the defaulted previous toxic financing.

Nice shell game, unless investors notice and run for the hills.
