what approval?

who said the RPPD vouchers were ever approved?

Congenital Giant Hairy Nevus and pediatric severe burns, two rare pediatric diseases that the Company believes would be eligible for a Rare Pediatric Disease Designation (RPDD) by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The Sponsor of a treatment approved under the RPDD pathway is eligible to receive a PRV that may be sold to other companies.

AMBS no longer owns ESS - Josh Sason of Magna does, and you can bet your bottom dollar he is seeking to maximize his return on the Defaulted $16-Mil. toxic loans that Gerald mindlessly signed with him - the complete & utter 'moron' that lying Gerald is !!!

If Josh Sason won't accept Yippie's payment in full, what makes you think he will accept a deal from AMBS, even at full repayment terms?

John Commissiong is in serious trouble, is negotiating from weakness, and will have to surrender a big part of his IP to a new lender, if he ever wishes to break free from the notorious clutches of the Astoria Queens financial mafia. Josh will simply not let Gerald walk away with a $16-Mil. offer - Gerald will have to pay up dearly, as only Bobby Farrell was acutely aware of what Gerald was signing at the time he signed the toxic loans - which basically gave 100% of AMBS away to Magna.

sad but true...
