I don't think the interviewer was bored. He was probably just like most, doesn't understand the patents. I think these patents are way over his head. It happens a lot. Over the years we've seen many bash these patents and come to find out, they don't understand them. If the Apple Expert doesn't quite get it, how the heck can we expect this interviewer to know what is going on.
