imo, Phoenix facility will ultimately lead to Jacobs at PanPacific. ..PanP owns Zazz, can't imagine they would not be involved with Phoenix..that's why Shearin is a private company consultant and AG picking up tab..I think insiders somehow plan to be percentage owners in the MJ grow, where real money potential is..Jacobs/Gwyther will get creative bringing in a private license...AG shareholders will pick up heavy financial load to bring PanP MJ wish to reality..AG will still collect a nice rent and reasonable consulting fee, but barely/never be profitable. Jacobs could then file S-1 -to make PanP public, or simply remain private and handsomely profitable..

Why would Jacobs/Gwyther hang onto ERBB with present $30M IOU, when for thousands they could step up with fresh PanP share structure with little debt..and gave a BALL!
