If more was owed than the assets covered, there'd be no cash left over to distribute to shareholders, now, would there? RMTD got as much as they could but anything less than 100 cents on the dollar leaves the seller with nothing remaining. As in any bankruptcy, not all creditors get paid. And common shareholders are always last in line.
