The thing is.... They cant grow, that would be illegal, they can only rent the building to a licensed client and collect rent. Collecting A rental fee is a much different ballgame then actually growing pot.. These scams pray on anyone who does not do background research and understand the laws surrounding the industry... I encourage everyone to do proper DD, not just read this message board because there are some here that are spreading false positive information about this scam. Go though the companies entire 19 year history and you will see a clear pattern.
