I held out some hope last summer when IR said they would file 6 month results. Then they kept moving the date and never filed.

Now they seem to be just stalling.

Then 2 independent directors resign and instead of replacing them, they eliminate the positions, leaving a board of only 3 with the CEO/CFO as Chairman.

Everyone will be the first to know when something good happens and the last to know when anything bad happens. That's how this stinky pinkie world operates.
