Confusing.. Looked at chart... Don't see how it addresses or rebuts my contentions, nor how it supports your previous reply when you said yes, you are categorically stating that the voip world has undeniably ripped off vplm for all the technology they (the voip world) use/used. The chart, if I understand it (?), seems to list under "existing system examples", a group of techniques/protocols which are totally different from the overview shown for the 2 patents. That seems to contradict your clear statement that they (the voip service providers as a whole, ripped off vplm patents, but that's not what the chart you provided appears to show. In that regard you're not supporting your own case, at least as far as I can see. Also, I previously said that there was a lot of vsp'ing going on long before the vplm patents. I myself used voip calls & conference calls (w/video) as long as 13-14 yrs ago, long before vplm or patents.
