Who is the new Chief Operating Officer?
How many new shares have been issued (authorized 10-Billion)?
What is the current market cap?

What we do know:
Chief Operating Officer resigned (personal reasons)
2 Directors resigned (personal reasons)
3 Investment companies sold their shares.
2 Ships remain in service.
Last annual report, FreeSeas operated at a loss revenue.

The only remaining hope for FreeSeas is a merger or sale. IMO
