My first severe episode so we are hopeful for no emergency surgery to repair and monitor

My last colposcopy 3 years ago showed them but nothing very critical
So we figured something just lodged in one of the pockets and began the inflammation process. There was no preceding pain or discomfort.

Just bang Blowout
