I meant that Strong currently has the ability to own roughly 150% of the 300,000,000 AS, a little more actually. He will not nor should he exercise the warrants as he is slowly accumulating a chunk of shares monthly as interest payment. When the note comes due, which isn't too far off, Dan can either payoff the loan, highly, highly unlikely, or, negotiate new, similar terms, that reset all warrants, again, interest, etc...my point was that Strong is accumulating at a rapid pace for money already loaned. As for valuations, etc, it's OTC, doesn't mean much to me. If someone wanted to buy them, they likely would have already or Strong would have for what would amount to a cheap deal compared to message board valuations. Buyout would be great, for Strong more than anyone, he'd get his share for his shares plus the payoff for the debt extended. No buyout, he's accumulating, gaining control, company makes money, and still owes him all the debt, he wins either way.
