There is no guarantee. They have a year to get in gear. There is little support on Level 2. I think the co. may be selling shares to pay for the NASDAQ fee. In addition, they are trying to get price as low as it can go imo, in order to garner more shareholders.

They really botched the Duke Connection? Charlotte plant PR. That misstep plus the fear of reverse split plus the mention of possible dilution in the 10 Q is why I
think we will see .02 before .12. But, I think we will get there eventually if the EPA is not totally dismantled in the Trump era.
