Interesting fact. As of the 9\30 10K, Chrome owned about 4.5 million shares and ERHC management and directors owned about 1.5 million shares. There is NO evidence that they have bought any more shares since then. I'm currently estimating that the 10Q that is due Tuesday will show at least 1.5 billion shares outstanding. Based on those numbers, Chrome and management combined now own about a tiny .4% of the company. It is a myth that they own a controlling or even a large percentage now. They obviously don't.
