Yes they have, numerous times. But unlike Ihub, which makes things public when doing so will benefit it's members and the public good, the outerwebs hide behind shoddy operations and don't even display who is banned, yet just disable their account in the back end so members just disappear and can't post.

On this IHub hjoe board, Ihub takes persoanl attacks and violation of privacy very seriously whereas the other sites appear to condone VOP's daily.

The other sites have multiple complaints filed against them, they won't show that, just have to know where to look.
