Emil did a couple of things on the call. He called out all those that keep trying to make this company look like a pump and dump by saying if this lawsuit was frivolous, it would be gone already. Those that continue to try and position this as a SCAM is hilarious at this point.

He also called out those who act like VPLM wont have the funds to carry this through. He reiterated that he is here for 1 year, 2, etc if need be. This was also a reminder to Apple, etc, VPLM is not going away. No doubt or concern that VPLM will see this all the way through.

Desperation??? VPLM just schooled the Apple "Expert" and presented proof of predated. So no, he didn't sound desperate.

He did sound irritated, frustrated etc. Emil isn't getting any younger, I'm sure the guy would love to enjoy his money soon. Would you get frustrated if you know you are right and the other party just keeps doing everything they can to prolong the outcome. Look at how frustrated we all get waiting for this to happen. Imagine being at it over 12 years.

He also pointed out that the amount he's asking for is peanuts in the overall picture. The amount of money involved with these patents is crazy.
