modes I agree with the following statements: "So I still believe the spin-offs will happen.However the share price suggests that there is uncertainty that they will or there may be long delays." The most likely scenario is that there will be more delays I think. But some important steps may be taken this year that will lift the pps. At some stage I think the market will look ahead too and not just at what has been achieved so far.
