He is a heavy smoker but I guess he eats a lot of fish as well and in any case smoking does not quarantee you die prematurely.And I'm sure in case there is a problem he will follow his doctor's orders cause he will be worried that in case he will have to step down, the new CEO might start to pay a dividend

The thing you can give Solomon credit is that he does seem to care about the share price by being timely with the filings, trying Merkur and QX.So I still believe the spin-offs will happen.However the share price suggests that there is uncertainty that they will or there may be long delays.And we know that the more meaningful share supporting actions of dividends/buybacks Solomon for some reason is not willing to do.So that was my point about the A-shares.In the very unlikely event that the spin-offs will not happen or are years away.

Then you cannot blame Yap,Bertil and funds for not buying shares, and the rest of us not willing to buy more. You would not want to rely just on the goodwill of Solomon to get a return on your investment.
