Actually I believe it was if there wasn't a sale after the IPR they would be filing in the State of Nevada and going after them for infringement.

I sure hope you guys on Team VPLM are right because if they have to go to court in Nevada it's going to get costly. The last time I read their financials they don't show the cash available to carry that out.
