My experience with Amazon Prime***** greater customer service compared regular customer who just buys off from Amazon once or twice a year.
Products, less than likely to get LOST. They treat you like a *****Top Priority*****, as a regular customer when you call toll free hot line, sometimes you have to wait 30-45 minutes on the phone and when you complain to them about product being lost... they apologized and give you the refund, but with Amazon Prime if you have a problem sometimes they give you a few free shipping with "No Charge", just because your a member of Amazon Prime.
Regular Customer vs. AMAZON PRIME Customer gets treated differently... just an FYI....
