Slight problem. Known film, new release date but nothing to indicate suit settlement. Oh and the problem? No Distributor, No Studio, No theater schedule, and no plan. BUT, if you look at those involved they do have an excellent history of straight to video release. So at least this one (if ever released) shouldn't lose more than the others. And on the good side, might allow people to promote enough to sell a few shares too. But I doubt it. LOL
