"leading high tech healthcare analytics and software company". QUTR is hardly leading, at least at this point in time. Wouldn't you say? "Leading" would mean they are well-known, established, and operating. QUTR is none of those beyond the fact there's a website.

We do know LF writes well. We do know LF is well-schooled and in fact knows a great deal about analytics. We do know he has some contacts in the medical field. We also know he had conversations with HFACS and has an alleged contract with them. Still, that hardly makes them a "leading analytics and software company".

Could HFAC's have been talking about some other company? I hope they did mean QUTR, I really do. But until they mention QUTR by name, I will remain skeptical.

Too many burns on the OTC by getting excited before substantial and verifiable information; verifiable with things like a signed contract, a solid business plan, timely filings, etc. I'm letting my shares float but not adding more.
