You must have conveniently forgotten to read the 10K which clearly said ERHC was in default and owed CEPSA almost 9 million dollars. If you need a link to the 10K, I will provide one for you. And, by the way, they also owe the IRS almost 3 million which they couldn't pay either so the IRS slapped a lien on their assets. That is in the 10K too. It is always a good idea to stay up to date when investing. Not doing so can be expensive.
