Good news to me. $300k straight purchase = no dilution. I like the idea of buying a delivery service rather than spending tons of money on dispensarys like Terratech has done. They're expensive, have a ton of overhead and are being shown to not really be the most profitable path in this cannabis business as once thought. Marapharm has those two land purchases in Socal and it sounded like they're for production only so this seems like an efficient model. They can sell to dispensaries and delivery directly to clients.

I did some quick searching for Moringa Cooperative and MedicalDriveBy in the Rancho Mirage area and didn't find anything.
