Agreed, the environmental permit for the mine is the absolute key. The environmental agency acknowledged receipt of my comment, but have not yet responded to my request for a status of the permit.

Once the environmental permit is issued, NEWC can begin the aggregate mining.

Once the mining begins, we are golden.
