You know my post had nothing to do with Meyler. It was about CEO Seth Shaw agreeing to a penalty that he had to know the company would incur when he signed the agreement.
I think you once mentioned that he knew or was friends with the Group 10 principal(s). The evidence suggests a more financially beneficial relationship to both of them. You know what quid pro quo means, don't you?
