Dew, are protections usually written into these intercompany agreeements that contract out production or fill and finish responsibilities much the same as builders have liabilities as to timeslines structural standards that protect a client? Could an agreement be in place that would compensate a contractor from a failure to maintain a previously agreed upon standard of quality?
