Fraser is a garbage placer property. No significant value of any kind.

Even if it wasn't, it would never be able to save NBRI anyway. The Company is massively in debt with toxic death spiral convertibles, and seriously delinquent in their legally required SEC filings. The SEC will eventually suspend, and then revoke, the stock. They have passed the point of no return. NBRI is doomed to die, and most likely sooner rather than later.
