Sorry didnt see that. I only said that because he said he might change his mind after he gets all the facts. Who aint confused at this point? If judge wasnt confused this thing would be over. He is just saying that right now based on the facts he has been presented with it looks hopeless. And I understand that. But I still see some major share interest here or the SP would and should be much lower. You said it yourself 2 months ago. Why hasnt the SP dropped? Somebody believes something that is in the know. Something perhaps the judge does not know yet. Judge is just doing his job based on what is presented to him and this is just one case for him.
