The CCEJ update clearly states the SHOM PR is NOT based on fact, and NO such contract exists - pretty easy to see their words. And also that their intention was to notify the SEC that SHOM fraudulently used their name.

A very shady tactic for any publicly traded company.

And yes, that SHOM "issued a followup" is immaterial, since the stock was clearly pumped and dumped on what SHOM either knew, or should have known, was false - a.k.a. securities fraud.

In reality no one can say the financials that are not due for 1 1/2 months will make SHOM a "10-20 bagger", that's merely wishful thinking.
