SUTI Inc .......Just a quick note....The company resubmitted and re signed new contract with our registered agent, and also filed for a temporary name change back to Sutimco International Inc. We will still re apply for the name change with FINRA after we upload our financials. This was a crazy catch 22, because FINRA was not approving our corporate action for a name change until our filings are current, and yet, OTC Markets would not allow us to have access to our OTCIQ back office because our name change was already approved and posted with the state of Wyoming. So, we filed with the WY SOS.
