I remember when it was said filing the a form 15 was good news for GTRQ because it saves the company's cash.

Kind of funny considering the "company's cash" was raised off shareholders in a public offering of an SEC Registrant. Which of course was completely changed by the filing of the Form 15, which took GTRQ DARK. No more shareholders updates, no filings, no news, no disclosures. Nothing but a dark defunct company that barely trades.
