Not for long. They started their audit to be uplisted over a year and a half ago when they hired their auditing firm. These types of audits can take up to 2 years and the reason filings have been delayed as they will no longer be on the OTC Pink tier.

Most likely they will be QB or QX

This is an organic growth company with proven revenue streams in multiple areas of renewable energy generation and maintenance including energy reduction.

This stock won't be sleeping very much longer.
