In my excessive time thinking about this, I have often wondered if the creditors are a major seller of shares these days. It seems logical and, again, it is not really their business model to keep their shares in the hopes of some huge surprise with the IP value. So if they sell all their shares, do they still get to ask for the full amount due them or would they have to subtract the money they make (small as it may be) selling shares? Also, even if we assume there are 300 million shares--which not everyone here agrees with--it is not an inexhaustible number. Any BK status from George Miller aside, it would be interesting to see what would change if all those shares were sold.
