OTC rules are simple. I think decision for uplisting last year was more driven by lenders hope for bigger attention and funding than by Koos itself.
They would be punk'd if this goes back to Pink Sheet.
Don't really care about it, but one of Koos big lenders is lawyer and the better ones of them don't like to be played that way.
Last what Koos needs is a new lawsuit at RGBP after Starcity killed BMSN then they forced him to raise the A/S after they won their lawsuit.
Currently it seems we reached point of maximum capitulation here.
That's sad. But good news is that's also the point of maximum financial opportunity.
