Kramer should tell Stkrsk to file 8k

After all he's an officer of the company and the legal advisor

He is best positioned to understand the final judgement terms and the consequences of non-complying

So Kramer, did you tell the board of directors that Stkrsky had to file 8k ?

Did the board of directors order Stkrsky to file 8k ?

Without 8k and being compliant, officers of TECO are simply accepting that TECO will die

So wake up STKTSKY and BOD
