Yeah, that 8k is comical. Bit OLD, ya think. Change of control of the registrant took place TWO YEARS AGO??? REALLY????? It cost $50 bucks to pay an edgarizer to file an 8k. Guess, J.Miller came into some money over the last week from all his selling and was able to finally pay someone to get this THIS MATERIAL PUBLIC INFORMATION finally disclosed, which OCCURED TWO YEARS AGO....OMG, this is classic J.Miller, johhnycomelately. Still hearing Hibachi is coming out, the owner thinks Miller is a bafoon.
