It looks like something is happening here. Quite the volume jump for a supposedly dead ticker and that would contraindicate chicken fries for the moment - and this would seem to indicate one of the following possibilities:

A. An optimistic random trader making a random trade.
B. A group of investors about to make a play with the low float.
C. The very beginning stages of the Riggs venture.

Am I forgetting something? Those are three most likely scenarios in my opinion. GLTA.
