For all the negative there is an equal or higher positive component as well. I actually think the permits, ASI coal contract, and support of many different entities such as Colombia, universities, Advance Medical Imaging, Inc not to mention the new coal mine joint venture w Titio. Just too many positives over the negatives. Once the 10k comes out and the company goes current this is a very low risk. As the ability to secure financing becomes possible. I will take my chances as the risk to reward is overall low.

Thats it as there are none. And the negative does not trump the positive. In the end this is a penny stock. Very few are in this position to not be a penny stock. GLTA this is my opinion and only risk what you can afford to lose because there are unknowns.
