Wouldn´t anyone sane need to consider backing from a company showing a pattern of disappointing shareholders over and over, announcing divi policies wich they can´t even deliver upon shortly after?,(mind you that is a mere fraction of the vast stream of disappointments they have delivered upon) let alone a bank or institution, they are working with other peoples money so they should be even less prone to absurd risk adoption imo...
