It doesn't sound like you have vetted the Fong replacement as CEO - Ryan Schadel is legendary for his incompetence.

Shady still hasn't informed LTNC shareholders he is the CEO of AFPW.

I guess if you are looking for a CEO that is incompetent, ethically and morally bankrupt - then Schadel is your guy.

And thrown in he just isn't very bright.
