You might want to consider another scenario. This announcement taken together with the RW Registration Withdrawal two days ago might suggest that there will be no dilution, at least for quite a while. I believe they would now have to start filing all over again to sell shares after the R/S, so why the withdrawal? There may be something brewing...just thinking out loud....
