We do not have custody of a record of permits from ACOE or DEP for Seafarer’s Quest current permit area.

They do not have custody of them, but that does not mean that Seafarer quest did not have custody of them. (AT THAT TIME)

I recall the scenario of certain individuals freaking out saying SFRX does not have environmentals and they only have a "swim" permit as it was called.

As seen in the above quote smallcapsmarket took it upon himself to see if he could find copies of the environmentals...

Now correct me if i am wrong that an exploration permit without environmentals would mean they could not disturb the seabed.

SFRX has no only disturbed the seabed they have VIDEOS OF THEM DOING IT ON THEIR FACEBOOK...

Now to put it all together. SFRX HAS AN Exploration PERMIT THAT

ALLOWS FOR THE RECOVERY OF ITEMS THAT HELP IDENTIFY A SHIP RIGHT NOW!

Not the same as a recovery permit so don't twist my words however they do have the right to recover. I know those items belong to FBAR.. Blah blah. I am just making a point.

ALSO

THEY HAVE AN AMMENDMENT THAT ALLOWS FOR THE USE OF BLOWERS UNDER GUIDELINES OF COURSE.

THEY OBVIOUSLY ALSO HAVE ENVIRONMENTALS TO DISTURB THE SEABED...

SO AGAIN CORRECT ME IF I AM WRONG.

THE NEXT STEP IS Identifying a ship which requires them notifying FBAR of their finds according to the permit.

THEN IF GRANTED

THEY GET A RECOVERY PERMIT.

CASE CLOSED. EASY PEEEZY

So there you have it. Now will SFRX get a recovery permit this summer. Well you have to be on a wreck.
