SS's are nonexistent in this stock..Even if it did occur, there are too many shares available for trade. Therefore, 90% of the float would need to be short.

Adding "board members" is another ruse. Are more board members truly necessary. I haven't checked the financial reports in some time as this company is slowly headed to financial ruins. But last I saw $PHOT only had 7 employees...But lets add some board members that I can guarantee are not making $20 per hour as maybe the warehouse guys are. Yea that makes sense.
