Maybe but I don't really care. All pink sheet companies are shady or outright scams. I am only interested in companies that have a news story, true or not, that causes the price to increase in the short term. If it does I sell it at higher prices when I think it has peaked. To believe in these lower tier companies and put nest eggs into them is stupid. Put a grand in and see if you can double it. If you do, be happy with that. If it doesn't work out, sell it for a small loss and move on. Schramm has some room here to work I would guess. If he makes some progress the share price will continue to work it's way up. If he fails then sell and move on. For me this is just the start of this story since it was just released today and we have time to see if anything comes out of his statement.
