Company in terrible financial condition

PHOT's revenues are tanking, and it owes tons of money, too.

Using discounted dilutive shares as currency might be ok sometimes, but PHOT has never made any money....ever.

Their most-recent deal pledged all assets of PHOT as collateral, yet it is still toxic convertible with share price adjustment lower as the share price drops.
