take zinc. for going on two years, i give me and bryan a chewable "cold" pill which is simply zinc. one per day.

i read that it prevents colds and possibly some cancers.

i used to get sick 3 to 4 times a year. and tons of sinus infections, some inner ear.

have not had anything in two years! i sometimes start to get something, or feel icky, or a tickle but then, poof, nothing happens and im fine.

zinc blocks some virus's somehow and cancer is like a virus i read and is why it has been know to block some cancers, including skin.

well, bryan had 2 pre cancerous skin thingies and ever since i got him on zinc, one a day, no more cancers in 2 years! things that make you say. "hmmmm"
