8 Months and OMHE Has Implemented Nothing

The last PR was a plan on planning....which increased their costs significantly.

Q3 ended January 31, 2017. Now in Q4 - so, there's nothing that even has a chance to increase revenues or profits - and will likely see operational losses for Q3, Q4, and the following Q1.

More Dilution and/or debt to pay Andrey, Hawkins, and The Shyster
