Galectins are implicated in almost everything. this probabably works on kidney and heart fibrosis but need to get the drug approved. The skin in the sure fire way to approval in my opinion. Basically 3 indication melanoma, AD and psoriasis. It seems to work on all. they just need to dial into the effective dose and do the trial. Then approval. Skin is a 6 month trial. look at how fast it works. They need to get on it.
