tcm7- that's a clear overview of the situation and I agree that's where things are at. We wait. Hoping the pressure from the judge will expedite matters.

I had jury duty last year and we spent most of the day in the jury waiting room never called into he court room and at the end of the day the Judge made a point of visiting us and said "I wanted to come down here to thank you and tell you the important role you all played today. I realize you were never called to serve in my courtroom but by being here and attorneys for both side knowing you were ready to serve and take over the outcome of their case pushed 6 cases to be resolved through negotiation today."

Losing control (no matter what amount) over the outcome is a powerful motivator. Hopefully that concept applies here.
