BLP is more obviously a fraud than NNVC. There is nothing about NNVC's technology that is inconsistent with known physics and chemistry. It might even work. The unending delays seem to have to do with the difficulties of scaling up manufacture and making it consistent, difficulties that may well not be resolved before NNVC goes belly up. NNVC is nothing if not a very high risk gamble.

BLP is obvious bullshit. If hydrogen can go below it's ground state how come it never gets there? The first and biggest success of quantum mechanics was explaining the spectrum of the hydrogen atom. Randy Mills seems to be the only person on earth who "knows" QM is wrong about that.
